Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) anti-corrosion cable bridge or tray is made of glass fiber, epoxy resin and other special
materials, it has reasonable mechanical structure, light weight,high strength, strong corrosion resistance, flame retardance, aging resistance and good insulation performance, it can be used in a large range of temperature and the environments of high humidity, heavy acid and or heavy alkali. the service life is 5-6 times of the steel bridge, the installation distance of one ton of FRP cable bridge or tray is 1.5 times of the steel bridge with same specification and same weight.FRP cable bridge can be overhead laying; erected under the beam or floor slab,can be fixed laterally by indoorand outdoor walls, posts, tunnels, cable trench walls., can also be installed in the open air.Advantages

Bends, Risers, T Junctions, Crosses & Reducers can be made from ladder cable tray straight sections flexibly in projects.
Trays shall be supported at a maximum span of 2m by trapeze, wall, floor or channel mounting methods and will not exceed maximum loads as specified by the manufacturer.
Cable Tray systems can be safely employed in places where the temperature ranges between -40°C and +150°C without any change to their characteristics.

1. The cable trays have wide application, high intensity, light weight, reasonable structure, superior electric insulation, low
cost, long life, strong corrosion resistance, easy construction, flexible wiring, standard installation, attractive appearance etc features.
2. Installation way of the cable trays are flexible. They could be laid overhead along with the process pipeline, lifted between floors and girders, installed on inside and outside wall, pillar wall, tunnel wall, furrow bank, also could be installed on the open air upright post or rest pier.
3. The cable trays could be laid horizontally, vertically. They could turn angle, divided according to "T" beam or crossly, could be widened, heightened, changed track.
Notes:
1. Each ends of cable trays should be connected by 6 holes when the height is 50-100 mm; when their height is 150-220 mm, holes should be 12.
2. Support distance: it should not be more than the support distance and load capacity allowed by load curve.
3. Width of cable trays: some remarkable room should be served when you choosing the cable trays width, in order to add cables in the near future.
4. Laying separately: when electric cables and controlling cables are few, they could be laid in the same cable tray, as long as they are laid separately by clapboard.
5. Fixing cables: when collecting cable trays are laid horizontally, connections among trays should be set on 1/4 of skip
distance, horizontal cables should be fixed every 2 meters, and vertical cables should be fixed every 1.5 meters.
